Giuseppe Lami Phd. is the President of Automotive SPIN Italia since the foundation (March 2007).

As President of Automotive SPIN Italia his duties and responsibilities are:

• chairs of the Management Board which appoints the initiatives of the SPIN
• establishes and authorizes Special Interest Groups and Working Groups on specific innovative topics of interest for Italian the automotive community
• coordinates the organization of the Workshops on Automotive Software & System and the selection of the talks
• chairs the Workshops on Automotive Software & Systems
• releases the certificates for the IntACS for the Assessor Qualification Scheme
